OVERVIEW
The WATER SMART PUMP SWITCH uses the same fail safe technology as the advanced Oil Smart Switch. But with one sensor and a time delay of five (5-7) seconds, even though oil will not activate the switch. If water is present, the switch will eliminate the water and run for an additional five (5-7) seconds pumping anything that might be floating on its surface.

Incorporates one level sense point, pump on and pump off, an eight (5-7) second time delay allowing for maximum water elimination as well as the elimination of pump cycling for prolonged pump life.

A solid-state sensing device that turns any water pump into a trouble free system, and oil/fuel spills will not activate pump, performance is not hampered by accumulated oil and grease.

Extended sensor allows the switch to be mounted high above the contaminated water.

Sensing is accomplished by measuring the dielectric constant of the medium at the sensor The circuit works as follows: When the water level reaches the sensor the pump will turn on and continue pumping for five  (5-7) seconds after the water is no longer detected, this operation allows for maximum water elimination and virtually eliminates pump cycling.
