The Smart
Alternative to Float Switches
Eliminates the need of multiple
float switches; The SCS Pump
Control
provides the means of choosing
the pump start and pump stop
based
on application characteristics
with a single switch. This
innovative
control utilizes microprocessor
memory to allow the
self-calibrating
sensors (SCS) to adapt to any
environment.

Sewage Control Features
-
Built in
"microprocessor-memory"
technology to allow for each
sensor to recalibrate when
needed or every 24 hours to
adjust to current
environment conditions.
-
Two independent sensors; One
primary pump on sensor with
built-in time delay and self
calibration. One backup pump on
sensor with built-in time delay
and self calibration.
-
Type 3R Outdoor approved
plastic enclosure
-
Heavy-Duty SJTOW water
resistant cable
-
no moving parts

Operation
When water/wastewater reaches
the long (primary) sensor, the
sensor will send a signal to
turn the pump on and the pump
will remain on for an additional
8 seconds after the liquid
clears the sensor. The pump
start and pump stop time are
determined by the programmed
time delay. Standard programming
for the switch is 8 seconds.
However, times can be factory
programmed for any time delay or
the SCS with adjustable time
delays are available. If for
some reason, the primary sensor
does not activate and the
water/wastewater continues to
rise to the short sensor, the
short (backup) sensor will send
a signal to turn the pump on for
the same time delay.
